Warm Up:
15 Air Squats
25 Double or Single Unders
10 Press Ups
25 Double or Single Unders
x 3

WOD:
14 Minute AMRAP of:
40 Weighted Squats
40 Double Unders
40 Shoulder to Overhead
40 Double Unders

* Reduce DUs to 20 Reps or Scale to 80 Single Unders if needed
* Switch DUs to Sit Ups if needed

Options for Weighted Squats:
– Barbell @ 30/40kg
– Double DB or KB
– Goblet DB, KB or Weighted Pack
– Hold a Plate
– Air Squats

Options for Shoulder to Overhead
– Barbell @ 30/40kg
– Double DB or KB
– Goblet DB, KB or Weighted Pack
– Single Arm DB, KB or Weighted Pack
– Press Ups

 

Core WOD:
Tabata Russian Twists
(20 Seconds On, 10 Seconds Off x 8)
