Warm Up:
10 Alternating Lunges
5 Inch Worms
20 Second Plank
x 5

WOD:
7 Rounds of:

1 Minute AMRAP of:
10 Swings or Snatches
10 Alternating Jumping or Regular Lunges
Immediately Into:
1 Minute Plank Hold

Options for WOD:
– KB or DB Swings
– Alternating DB Snatches
– KB Snatches (5/5)
– Barbell Hang Power Cleans or SDHP’s
– Switch to 10 Burpees

 

Running WOD:
Run 1 Mile
Rest 3 Minutes
Run 800m
Rest 90 Seconds
x 2

* Scale DISTANCE to 800m & 400m if needed
