Warm Up:
Run 200m
25 Double or Single Unders
5 Burpees
20 Second Plank Hold
x 3

WOD:
For Time of:
Run 1 Mile
then:
300 Double Unders, 100 Burpees or a 5 Minute Plank Hold
then:
Run 1 Mile

* Scale DISTANCE if needed

Switch Run to:
– 800 Object Carry
– 400m Bear Crawl
– 80/100 Calories

* Reduce DUs to 150 or scale to 500 Single Unders if needed
