Monday – Friday:

Warm Up:
10 Alternating Lunges
10 Sit Ups
5 Burpees
x 5

10 Rounds for Max Reps of:

30 Seconds of Alternating Jumping Lunges
30 Seconds of Sit Ups
30 Seconds of Burpees
30 Seconds Rest

* Switch Jumping Lunges to Regular Alternating Lunges


Running WOD:
Run 100m
30 Seconds Rest
Run 200m
1 Minute Rest
Run 400m
4 Minutes Rest
x 3

* If can’t measure Distance, Run for 20 Seconds, 45 Seconds & 90 Seconds with the allocated rests in between, treat this workout as a Sprint!
