Warm Up:
25 Single or Double Unders, or Mountain Climbers
10 Alternating Lunges
5 Inch Worms
x 5

WOD:
3 Rounds of:

3 Minute AMRAP of:
60 Double Unders
60 Swings or Snatches

Rest 1 Minute

3 Minute AMRAP of:
60 Swings or Snatches
60 Double Unders

Rest 1 Minute

* Reduce DUs to 30 or Scale to 100 Single Unders
* Switch DUs to 30 Sit Ups or 60 Mountain Climbers if needed

Options for today’s WOD:
– KB or DB Swings
– Alternating DB Snatches
– KB Snatches (switch after 5 Reps)
– Weighted Pack Swings
– Barbell Hang Power Cleans (30 Reps)
– Switch to Alternating Lunges if needed

 

Core WOD:
10 Seconds of Left Side Plank Dips
10 Seconds of Right Side Plank Dips
20 Seconds of Left Side Plank Dips
20 Seconds of Right Side Plank Dips
30 Seconds of Left Side Plank Dips
