5 Burpees
10 Lunges
5 Burpees
Stretch & Mobilise

Kit Set-Up & Movement Practice

Options for Today’s WOD:
Barbell @ 30/42.5kg
Double DB or KB
Single Arm DB or KB or Weighted Pack (switch after every 7 Reps)

28 Thrusters
40 Burpees
21 Thrusters
30 Burpees
14 Thrusters
20 Burpees
7 Thrusters
10 Burpees
