Below are the Opening Hours for BOTH Bank Holidays Friday 3rd & Monday 6th April:

7:00am – 8:00am = CrossFit Class
8:00am – 9:00am = Open Gym
9:00am – 10:00am = CrossFit Class
10:00am – 11:00am = CrossFit Class

4:00pm – 5:00pm = Open Gym
5:00pm – 6:00pm = CrossFit Class
6:00pm – 7:00pm = CrossFit Class

“Fight gone bad”

3 Rounds for max reps, with one minute rest in between rounds

  • Wall Ball 6kg/9kg
  • Sumo Deadlift Highpull 25kg/35kg
  • Box jumps 20″
  • Push Press 25kg/35kg
  • Row for calories

This is an excellent Benchmark WOD and one that rarely comes up, use this opportunity to get a score in your diary 🙂
