Warm Up:


Beast WOD:
10 Rounds for Max Reps of:

In 2 Minutes:
Row, Ski or Bike 18/21 Calories or Run 300m
In remaining time AMRAP:

Rest 1 Minute Between Rounds

* Reduce CALORIES to 15/18 or 12/15 if needed
* Reduce DISTANCE to 200m or 100m if needed
(should have at least 20 Seconds left for Burpees)

– 300m Run is to the 2nd Lamp Post after crossing the Road and back.
