4 Rounds of:

In 4 Minutes:
Run 600m
Rest Remaining Time

In 3 Minutes:
Run 400m
Rest Remaining Time

In 2 Minutes:
Run 200m
Rest Remaining Time

* Scale DISTANCE to 400m, 300m & 150m if needed
