Workout of the Day

“BEACH WOD”

The plan is to meet at the box at 9am or meet at the car park at the bottom of Saltburn bank at 10am. Make sure you bring a change of clothing, towel and clean fresh socks. Wear trainers that you dont mind getting wet/sandy.

Warm up

400m run, stretch and mobilise, choose partners.

4 x 50m Partner carries.

WOD 20 minute partner AMRAP

  • 50m run
  • 20 Air Squats
  • 10 Hand release Press ups
  • 15m walking lunge
  • 15m Bear Crawl
  • 10m Sprint

One person will be working while the other is resting, high 5’s or chest bumps on change overs 🙂 Make sure you try and remember the WOD as there will be no whiteboard or chalk to write on the ground 🙂
