WOD 21-09-11

Warm up

Row 500m, stretch and mobilise.

WOD

In a 3 minute window Run 400m then AMRAP KB swings @ 16kg/24kg

Rest 2 minutes

In a 3 minute window Run 400m then AMRAP H/R push ups

Rest 2 minutes

In a 3 minute window Run 400m then AMRAP  Box jumps

Rest 2 minutes

In a 3 minute window Run 400m then AMRAP  Burpees

Rest all night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*The WOD can be scaled by decreasing the running distance to 200m.*
