10:30am – 12:30pm – Open Gym
12:30pm – 1:30pm – CrossFit Class

Christmas Day = CLOSED

Boxing Day = 10:30am – 12:30pm – Open Gym (Traditional CrossFit Total)

Sun 27th = CLOSED

Every Minute On The Minute = 3 Lateral Burpees (Inc at the Start)
