In teams of 3 perform the following chipper.
- Run 800m (with a 9kg slam ball)
- Perform 75 Burpees
- Move 150kg of weight 10 metres
- perform 75 Air squats
- Move 150kg of weight 10 metres
- perform 75 Pull ups
- Move 150kg of weight 10 metres
- perform 75 Ball slams
- Move 150kg of weight 10 metres
- Run 800m (with 9kg slam ball)
Throughout the whole the chipper the Slam ball cannot touch the ground 🙂
Optional finisher- Team 100m truck push for the time
