26-08-11 Team WOD

In teams of 3 perform the following chipper.

  • Run 800m (with a 9kg slam ball)
  • Perform 75 Burpees
  • Move 150kg of weight 10 metres
  • perform 75 Air squats
  • Move 150kg of weight 10 metres
  • perform 75 Pull ups
  • Move 150kg of weight 10 metres
  • perform 75 Ball slams
  • Move 150kg of weight 10 metres
  • Run 800m (with 9kg slam ball)

Throughout the whole the chipper the Slam ball cannot touch the ground 🙂

Optional finisher- Team 100m truck push for the time
