800m run, Band mobility & stretches, POWER CLEAN tekkers

3 rounds (no time)

  • 10 Power cleans (PVC pipe)
  • 10 Air squats


5 Rounds for the time of:

  • 5 Power cleans @ 42.5kg/30kg
  • 10 Front squats (same bar)
  • 15 Press ups

Rest 10 minutes

Finisher (optional)

50 Double unders/150 single unders for the time 🙂
