“12 Days of Christmas” WOD 2

On the 2nd Day of Xmas we complete a Workout in honour of 6 British Soldiers who were killed in Afghanistan on the 6th March 2012. This WOD was programmed by our own Former Royal Marine Lee Howe in their memory.

Warm Up:

Stretch & Mobilise

Power Clean Tekkers

6 Box Jumps @ 24/30″
6 Kettlebell Swings @ 24/32kg
6 Lateral Burpees
