Run 800m
Stretch & Mobilise

3 Rounds Of:
7 Burpees
12 Air Squats

For Time Of:
100 Pull Ups
100 Press Ups
100 Sit Ups
100 Squats

*Scale Pull Ups for Band Assisted/Jumping
*Scale Press Ups for Knees Press Ups
*Scale Rep Range as needed.
