Handstand tekkers/ Handstand hold/Handstand Press up progression


5 Rounds for time of:

  • 40 Double Unders (sub 3 for 1 singles 🙂
  • 30 Air Squats
  • 20 Ab mat sit ups
  • 10 Ring rows/ Pull ups
  • 5 Handstand Push ups ( Scale using Ab-mats, this will be shown during the progression)
