6 Minute AMRAP Of:
12 Front Rack Lunges @ 42.5/60kg
6 Push Press @ 42.5/60kg

* Scale Pistol Squats with a Band or by Holding onto a post. Use an equipment aid such as standing on a Plate, standing on a 12″ Box, or holding a light Kettlebell or Plate in front of you.

* Scale WEIGHT as needed.
