For those of you who are unfamiliar with how things work on a Friday, it is all about TEAM WOD!!!. All Classes on a Friday are ran as a “Team WOD”. This involves being paired up with one of your fellow CrossFit Teessiders and working together to complete the WOD. Team WOD’s are great as you are guaranteed to push yourself to the max in order to do well for your partner! It is certainly our favourite day of the week at the Box!

Minute 1 = Partner 1 Completes 6 Thrusters @ 30/42.5kg
Minute 2 = Partner 2 Completes 6 Thrusters @ 30/42.5kg

Minute 3 = Partner 1 Completes 6 Burpees
Minute 4 = Partner 2 Completes 6 Burpees

Minute 5 = Partner 1 Completes 8 Thrusters @ 30/42.5kg
Minute 6 = Partner 2 Completes 8 Thrusters @ 30/42.5kg

Minute 7 = Partner 1 Completes 8 Burpees
Minute 8 = Partner 2 Completes 8 Burpees

Minute 9 = Partner 1 Completes 10 Thrusters @ 30/42.5kg
Minute 10 = Partner 2 Completes 10 Thrusters @ 30/42.5kg

Minute 11 = Partner 1 Completes 10 Burpees
Minute 12 = Partner 2 Completes 10 Burpees

Minute 13 = Partner 1 Completes 12 Thrusters @ 30/42.5kg
Minute 14 = Partner 2 Completes 12 Thrusters @ 30/42.5kg

Minute 15 = Partner 1 Completes 12 Burpees
Minute 16 = Partner 2 Completes 12 Burpees

Minute 17 = Partner 1 Completes 14 Thrusters @ 30/42.5kg
Minute 18 = Partner 2 Completes 14 Thrusters @ 30/42.5kg

Minute 19 = Partner 1 Completes 14 Burpees
Minute 20 = Partner 2 Completes 14 Burpees

Continue this… until the clock gets to 40 Minutes!
