REST DAY/ Active recovery

Active recovery would involve a light row/run, plenty of stretches and mobilisation work. Also a great opportunity to work on skills or fundamentals.

Please feel free to still come down and smash a WOD of your choice, one youve missed or even ask me to prescribe you one :-)
