Power Snatch Tekkers

AMRAP 12 minutes

  • 12 Power Snatch @ 25kg/35kg
  • 12 Over the Box Jumps @ 20″/24″

* OVER THE BOX JUMPS STANDARDS*

This is just like a regular box jump except you jump off at the other side, turn around and repeat. You can choose to completely clear the top of the box if you wish. There is no requirement to completely open your hips at the top of the movement. Check out the worlds fittest women knocking them out in this chipper at roughly the 2 mins 30 sec point.
