Stretch and mobilise

Spend 10 minutes working on a gymnastic movement of your choice: Pull ups, Toes 2 Bar, Pistols, Ring dips, Handstand Press ups, Muscle ups.

WOD

For time:

  • Run 800m
  • 15 T2B
  • 5 Burpees
  • Run 600m
  • 10 T2B
  • 10 Burpees
  • Run 400m
  • 5 T2B
  • 15 Burpees

*Substitiute for T2B would be knees to chest or V-sits/Ab-mat sit ups*
